Welcome to Dundee High School! We are excited to have the opportunity to be part of your child's educational future! The following items will be needed to complete your child's enrollment at DHS:
Complete online enrollment
Provide 2 forms of proof of residency in the Dundee Community Schools District (Examples: Driver's License, Lease/Purchase Agreement, Deed, Utility Bill, etc.)
Provide child's original Birth Certificate (This will be copied and returned)
