For the 2024-25 school year, we will once again be issuing Chromebooks to each student for use during the school year. Parents/guardians, please complete the Student Technology Acceptable Use Form with your student. This form is required for students to use a DCS Chromebook or iPad.
A few things to keep in mind:
The former Chromebook insurance program was closed down in 2021. Damage resulting from negligent or intentionally destructive behavior will incur a fee. Click here for a list of repair fees. Past insurance payments will not apply to current or future damage or loss.
Students in grades 6-12 must bring their devices home daily for homework and to charge overnight.
Students must bring their Chromebooks to school every day.
Chromebook chargers must remain at home to avoid being lost.
Devices for students in Grades Y5-5 will remain in classrooms.
